1. How can I join the team?
To join our team, simply attend our practices. No prior experience is necessary, and all skill levels are welcome! We practice on IM Field One on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm-9pm.
2. Can I still join if I've never played rugby before?
Absolutely! Many of our players had no prior rugby experience before joining the team. We welcome newcomers and provide all the necessary training and support to help you learn and excel in the sport.
3. What equipment do I need to play rugby?
Players typically need cleats suitable for grass, comfortable athletic attire, a mouthguard, and optional rugby-specific padded shorts.
4. Is rugby a dangerous sport?
While rugby is a contact sport and injuries can occur, our team prioritizes safety through proper training, equipment, and adherence to rules. We have qualified coaches and access to medical staff to ensure player well-being.
5. Are there opportunities for competitive play?
Yes, we participate in various tournaments, leagues, and matches throughout the year, providing ample opportunities for competitive play
